1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- You receive a wrong product.
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
📌 Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Timeframe for Return Requests
- You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.
3. Process for Returns & Replacements

- Provide photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or request you to courier the product back.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your preference.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days after product verification.
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
- Free samples, trial packs, or promotional items.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return as per policy.
